Indonesia - Sumatra - Green Coffee Beans

   Within our Green Coffee Bean selection, we offer two different Sumatra green coffee beans from the country of Indonesia. Both beans are harvested from the Aceh region in the country and are verified to be organic as well as fair-trade but the decaffeinated variation of the Sumatra we offer is processed using the Swiss Water Process while the caffeinated version is processed using the Wet Hull Method. Both of these lovely beans produce a clean and complex cup when roasted and is often described as having a similar body as many of the other high-octane Sumatras.
